    buyin' a new rod?

    hi again, i am thinking of buying a 2 wt. flyrod combo for bluegill and such. but is only available with a 3 wt reel, was wondering is these would match up well?

    hey guys, thanks for the replies. i was out again and caught a 'bow and a brown on a PTN, so i guess what im gettin' at is if the trout are takin' nymphs shouldn't the also be taking drys?

    thanks again, montana, yes this helps but i fish on smaller streams for small trout so i think a #12 should be large enough. again thanks for the insight :D

    hello all,
    this is my first time on the BB and was wondering if anyone has any advice on fishing nymphs, particularly strike indicators and whether i should use them or not.
