Hey Ron,
I "dunna ken" a word. All I say for sure, there was absolutely NO mention of a fine single malt to aid in the mechanics of tying the fly. For shame.

Perhaps a philosophcal question. Once one is introduced to and enjoys Tenkara, as you apparently do, does one go fishing with BOTH Tenkara and "traditional" or is it an either -or proposition?...

John, let me further plumb the depths of Tenkara knowledge herein by asking "how much we talkin here for a Tenkara rod ?" AND, what would be the shortest ( practical) length for this type of fly...
