Jim,
I'm sorry I missed this thread earlier. You are one of the most considerate FAOL'ers in most cases being the first to wish us a happy birthday etc. I can't even imagine the pain you are experiencing at this time. I will include Rene and the rest of your family in my prayers and add them to those already promised. It's all in His hands from now on.

I am in Texas with my daughter now. She has quit chemo and is feeling a little better. Still sleeps a lot but not getting as nauseous and has a better appetite. They will be moving to New Mexico next week to be closer to family. I'm posting from my phone as I don't have Wi-Fi here. I'll post more when we get the results of the last scan. Jim

Jim,
Prayers for your daughter and all the family. I know too well what you're going through. My wife is now 80lbs. and very near the end with pancreatic cancer; misdiagnosed a year ago by the family doctor. We've learned much in the past year, so my advice to all: IF YOU HAVE A ROUTINE BLOOD TEST AND YOUR BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS HIGH, DEMAND A CT SCAN OF THE PANCREAS. The pancreas controls blood sugar, insulin and digestive enzymes. A first year Med student knows that! It wasn't Adult On-set Type II Diabetes!!!!!!
Kindest regards, Jim Sentell
