Just a few more packages to arrive and then flies will go back out. They are looking good.
Did my flies ever get there? I mailed them weeks ago, but I don't see them marked as 'received'. I hope I haven't been victimized by the USPS once again.
Please advise.
Not yet, it seems to take a couple of weeks for the flies to get to my address, still holding on for your's, Bill's and jwb's to arrive. With luck they should arrive in the next couple of days.
They should've been there by now. I will tie a replacement set and overnight them to you. I may have to tie a different pattern, though, because I am out of some of the materials for that fly. It will be some sort of crawfish or Woolly-Booger pattern.
I'll get right on it.
Someone at the post office is amassing a nice set of free flies. This is the 6th set lost in the mail in the last three years. That's not counting the ones that were returned, or got crushed.
jwb - your flies got here today safe and sound. Another great looking set has come in.
Fellow Swappers: I was just called by my plant manager to go on a business trip for two weeks that is taking me to Illinois. Today I will send out the flies I have received and on my return I will send out the rest so as not to keep everyone waiting more then is needed.
I have the flies separated and ready to go in tomorrow's mail. Bill and Gig, your's will be sent out upon my return from Chicago. I learned a valuable lesson today, do not sort flies with a cat in the room.
Got the August SOTM flies today. Nice work, everyone.
Thanks, Javier & All.
