That last dish ( although DEELICIOUS looking as is) is missing 4 swimming, simmering pork chops. Ain't nuthin much tastier than pork chops simmered in a mushroom sauce and that served over mashed potatoes.

Len,
You know I follow your "stuff", so ya gotta tell me WHAT ELSE goes into the above. Although colorful, needs "balls" ( based on the optics). What is the end dish and what spices are involved ?? As currently presented, looks like the start of a stew ( beef will also come at 2PM , after browning ?).
But, my version aside, what will your dish become ?

pork loin
salt pepper
onions
garlic
way my mom always made it.
put cabbage on top with 2 hours left to go.

I, being a VERY picky eater could only consider items pictured from 1 thru 110. The rest would be off my list. As I stated "Picky". I would be happy to help you
"improve" those items anytime however.

PS: I heard youz guys have a football team that also kills animals "packers". Bad name. Implies distasteful slaughter. Won't make it in the big leagues.
Sister-in-law has a sky box front row seat today for Packer game today.
I just got back from Pick and Save.

I will be in my recliner with my ribeye and spaten watching my 60 inch Sony.
Go Packers!!!
After THAT game, even hot dogs would have been GREAT. CONGRATS to the PACK!!!
