Speaking Of Fly Lines....

I have a "hunch" that as soon as I post this, someone's going to list a link from the archives, here, that I didn't find, but.........................if not............
I see a lot of ads for them, just about every where, but has anyone here at FAOL tried any "MONIC' brand fly lines?
I actually had one, but it became "inoperable" one day, before I got to try it out thanks to a 9 week old puppy. A hazard of dog breeding, so are cork rod grips, but I digress................
(if, any member, has any use for 3 to 5 inch shooting heads, please let me know!)

Just curious, if mine is worth replacing. (it was a bargain store, surprise find).
Looking for pros and cons on the 3 to 5 wt., floaters, either DT or WF type lines.
