Lenny's Peacock Squirmer
Hi Folks,
Had someone recommend this fly the other night but I haven't been able to find anything on it searching the archives or using google. Anyone have the recipe, pattern, picture or link? The only thing I have been able to come up with is a cryptic reference 'Lenny's peacock squirmer, as shown in the Nagy book.'
thanks,
Moscow

I saved the photo and instruction to my fly pattern file and sent it to friends in AZ and MI who I thought would appreciate it. I will add a copper rib counter wrapped over the abdomen to improve the durability of the fly but it has most of my favorite components, peacock herl, bling and rubber legs.

Agreed, you can't go wrong with peacock herl. I tied it on a 2x long hook and used Flex-floss for legs.
I do have a pdf of the fly and recipe if anyone wants it. Just pm me with an email address and I'll send it along.
