Nice photo essay. I find the quarry area to be quite difficult. Downtown is a bit easier.

I am anxious to hit the upper section however as well. And during a bit cooler period.

That's some pretty country, I guess that is the pretty part of NJ I have been told about but never been able to find when I was visiting on working trips. Big improvement on Newark and Atlantic City.
Uncle Jesse, Falling Springs is in PA actually....although there are a handful of really nice places in NJ as well. Most of South Jersey is farmland.
NJT, I have been told by many people what a pretty state NJ is but have never had or taken the opportunity to see the pretty places. I will never forget being held prisoner in downtown Newark for 3 day several years ago, there's not a good restaurant there.
Beautiful area. Would love to visit something like that someday.
