Spent a couple hours pestering the fish at Nicascio Dam today. Man were they taking lightly. Hung a minnow immi under a small popper and they would just BARELY move the popper under. They took so light that the gear guys fared poorly to say the least. Heck! We did poorly, but were able to help one kid get enough to take home in his bucket.
