Anybody know how all these new e-zines look on an Ipad? I am thinking about getting one. I have to come up with other reasons besides reading magazines.. .but every reaason helps. :)

Upstream will be publishing an iPad application soon. The internet versions of the magazines look pretty good. However, the application versions (NY Times, Wired, Time, etc) redefine the entire idea of periodical publications. One word, "WOW"!
WOW is right. The pictures of the Ranch even got my wife interested in Patagonia. Who knows, she may even take up flyfishing.
It's a great on-line magazine concept and platform. Unfortunately, they have to change the name due to a trademark problem. So keep your eye open for that transition if you like it and want to follow it.
