Hooks Up Swap
++++++++ SWAP IS CLOSED ++++++++
POSTSCRIPT: We'll go with 11 instead of 10, so please tie a total of 10 flies to swap. When done mail to John G. White, Box 672, Clara City, MN 56222. Thanks everyone for joining in. Looks like a lot of fun flies headed your way. Deadline for mailing is October 15. If they're here sooner, we'll mail 'em sooner. JGW
I've been playing around with tying flies with the hooks up to make them more weedless. Deer hair and foam, makes little difference. And, as you swappers know, I'll throw out some zinger swaps ever once in a while simply for the sake of creativity. So here you go: Ten Swappers. Entry deadline of September 15. Mail deadline October 15. Toe tags, SASE mailers, the typical works.
The flies? Your choice of materials, targeted species, whatever. I don't care. The only criteria is that the fly must be tied to fish with the hook up! (Or, upside down). I'll start it off with a foam diver. JGW

"I've often wondered why it is that so many anglers spend so much money on,and pay so much attention to.the details on the wrong end of the fly line.If they took as much care in selecting or tying their flies as they did in the selection of the reel and rod,They might be able to gain the real extra edge that makes it possible to fool a fish that has,in fact,seen it all before" A.K.Best
"Wish ya great fishing"

I would like to play.
Put me down for a beadchain Pheasant Tail
It is a super panfish pattern that crosses over well for Trout too.
Thanks and take care,
Shmang
