That is simply gorgeous. The inlay is super!
Absolutely beautiful! I'm not sure I could bring myself to walk around on slippery ricks with that in my hand - I'd probably end up sitting in my Lazy-boy just looking at it!
Happy New Year to you All!
Cliff
Beautiful Stephen!
Your wooden handles are truly off the charts!
Bob
Steve,
First off, thank you for joining FAOL and cead mile failte (a hundred thousand welcomes)
Your knot work is perfect and you have done a great honor to the Oregon Walnut, so far ;). Please let us see your finished rod.
Thanks so much for sharing, to coin an 80's phrase, "she is a total babe".
Respectfuly,
Sean
thanks all,i have a question, whats the best way to post pictures here, all i can figure out is that littel one,how do you make it larger on the page with out haveing to click on it,thanks steve
That's fantastic.
Dave
Very nice, Steve.
I post all my pics on PhotoBucket.com first then insert the link in the post as a thumbnail. I myself prefer to see thumbnails in posts and not full sized pics. When full sized pics have a resolution bigger than the average computer display setting, it really changes the way the entire thread is displayed. I usually always keep my posted pics under 1024x768, most of the time at 640x480. If the pic is hosted on server elsewhere (i.e. PhotoBucket for example) the pic will open in a different tab/window. If it's an attachment here on FAOL, when you click on it, it opens in the same window, then you have to go 'back' to get back to the thread. This can be annoying when there are several pics.
Simply stunning!
