FOTW October Caddis?

I've been printing out FOTW directons and putting them in a 3 ring binder notebook. Not all of them, just the ones I think I might use or that I think I can tie. Anyways, last week there was an October Caddis for fly of the week. I was meaning to print off the directions, but procrastinated too long, and now I can't find a link to the directions. Can someone help me out please?
