Al Podell has caught just about every trout in this county (Chemung, NY)at least once! So if it weren't for catch and release there wouldn't be any trout to catch 'til next season. Son- of-a-Gun gets 'em by the dozens...seems like every time he goes they can't wait to attach themselves to his fly.
