Foambug65,
Not really my area but you might want to check this thread as a beginning point. Hopefully other with a much greater depth of experience with Walleye will respond soon with more information and details.

Best of luck and please keep us posted on how you do when you get after the fish.

If it was me..
Id start with the rod.. Up size it to a 6 or 7wt.
(but a 5wt should handle good. Unless you catch one of those Mo monsters (15+eye)..
shallow water (0-15ft).. floating line with a 7-10ft leader
depending on your water... for deep (15 to 25ft) I look at a sinking line
for anything over 25+ft.. you will probably need a 350-500grain sink line and a running sink tippet... (and probably need a 8 or 9wt for this)..
Leaders..
Im Maxima all the way.. I dont even waste my time with Rio tippet (or any other for that matter!) probably go from 8lb up to 15lb.. depending on the size of fly
flies...
walleye are crap feeders...
they eat off the bottom and chase a few minnows here and there..
Id look at some ___
Sculpins in size 2-6 (olive,black)
clousers for sure
streamers.. I sure if you have flies for bass.. a walleye would eat it to..
Leeches... just about any color..
also think crappie flies..
so many to choose from
