Hans,
As usual, a beautiful fly flawlessly tied. I do have a question though, is it named a Blue Movie because it does not have a lot of dressing on it? I think the term Blue Movie may not be familiar with some of the younger members here on FAOL;)

What comes first, Hans - the idea of the pattern and then you come up with the name, or a clever name and then a fly to match it? Either way, your flies are terrific.

Hans,
Hre's a name for your next one - 'I Am Curious - Yellow'. Has a tye in to the Blue Movie and it came from your part of the world. It goes back to 1960s. Maybe not too familiar to many here, but it caused quite a stir in the area of our college town and the surrounding Sullivan County with its many historical trout rivers. Maybe something with a skin tone stripped quill and a blush color feather.
Cheers,
Allan
Followed of course by Clockwork Orange.

Jim,
