There was a posting from a first time poster offering a
'great deal" on an excursion to Australia, with a link to his commercial travel business. it was obvious that the person came in, signed in, and posted to the first section of the bulletin board he came to, didn't even read far enough to find the proper place to put it. (if there was a proper place)

The specifics are not important. IF this was about a first timer that made a mistake, lets try to be understanding. First timers as well as some old timers on a BB may make a mistake from time to time. As long as it isn't a repeating offense.. no harm no foul.
