Eastern Idaho report
The milder weather we have been experiencing the last 10 days or so around here has translated into good fishing opportunities on both the South Fork and Henry's Fork rivers. Most of the ice is off on stretches of both rivers. Hatches of both BWO's and midges have been occurring on warmer days on the S. Fork. The H. Fork fishing is prodominately a midge event during the winter months.
If there are no visibly rising fish concentrate your efforts on the deeper pools and runs with a variety of different nymph patterns.
Also, concentrate your fishing times to the warmest part of the day for your best chance at success. Rob

Underneath the map on the left are links to the area.
Someone sent me a picture: fishing near McCall with a down jacket with snow coming down.
I'm willing to wait. I don't do ice fishing well. <G>
