Skagit Dreams
Thanks Ron for the wonderful story on the Skagit. So glad you enjoyed my home waters.
I am a little sad we could did not get together during your visit to the Skagit river. I would have loved showing you some of the Skagit's lesser know but no less productive steelhead runs. The next time you come north we will need to get together.

Kerry and GG,
Thanks guys. A river with that much magic isn't hard to write about.
Kerry, our days for the vacation changed several times since we talked about meeting up. I really didn't have a chance to make concrete (the hard stuff, not the town) plans. Next time, and there will be a next time, we'll have to get together.
How are the summer run fish?

Brian,
Thanks for the kind words. Are you the same Homer2handed that brought out the Homer's Hummer fly? If so, there are several in my fly wallet.

LOL, Homer's Hummer. The fly that was developed on the banks of the Grande Ronde for that river's wonderful summer run steelhead. Yes, Ron it is the same homer2handed.

Donald,
Thank you, Sir. I appreciate the compliments.
Kerry,
I thought it was one and the same. I think I got that pattern from the steelhead board. Lotta crossover from here to there.

Yeah that me, lol
It was a joke when I made the first one, then the fish like it, end of story.
