Had a very interesting day..to say the least,
Tried twice today to get ahold of my old boss in PA,This was the hinge on which my being able to swing this whole thing rode,No Luck while at work,But one of the guys overheard me talking with a friend,Who Had answered the phone there..and after a few Q's..he headed off , Like a chicken with his head cut off, For the bosses office, I had'nt planned on mentioning the move to him till I had a good idea I'd have a job when I got to PA...Mostly, It was His plans for me after some events that occurred today at work,I was to be bumped up to ground man..
So at quitting time, I got called to the office..where he had some questions, and I had answer's...He wasn't thrilled with this news...but I'm going to miss the job..mostly because it paid better than what I'm going back to...As well as the ppl, Asked me if money was the issue...
Explained that money doesn't cure all.
I'll seek better work/pay later...I just need to have money coming in a-sap...
After arriving home..the phone rings,It's my old boss...and I deffinitly have a job!!!...there is no doubt there...So monday I give my boss here, My 1 week notice..as the second call was my sis in-law...and the move is set for next saturday morning...The house deal is just to good to pass up...things will be way more than tight...but I gotta try..and a sweeter deal...just isn't going to come along...
I'll be back in Snyder County...Small town called Beaver Springs about 40 min. N/W of harrisburg, was born and rasied there till I met My Lady online almost 2 yrs. ago and left on a weeks vaca. and just didn't go back...Amazing that they'll take me back at work...But thanking god they will...First thing he asked, was, when can you start...So all's looking good...Thanks all,For the well wishes,The kids are exstatic....They've all wanted to move down ever since the first time we were down to visit my fam.
Have a great weekend all,
