At first light this morning he and I were fishing.
He did better than me.

Now there's a happy man! Beautiful fish. So, spinner, how'd you do? And where were you guys fishing? I lived in Webster once about a million years ago.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming-WOW---What A Ride!
Joe gave up after one fish.
He adopted my BIG fish rule.
Don't mess with your trout karma by fishing after such a nice fish.
I managed a couple decent browns and one brookie.
It got too sunny and the fish shut down.
I fish southwestern wisconsin.

I'm jealous...I've fished for brookies for 25 years, and the best I've managed is 15.75".
I hope your friend is an avid fisherman and truly appreciates what he caught. WELL DONE!
