Anyone know when we will be able to talk directly to Hook and Hackle by phone?? I have been trying to place an order but have some questions to ask them. I understand they have moved. The answering service just isn't able to answer my questions.

I got some prompt email response yesterday, have not tried the phone yet.

Thanks. Finally got through myself. I guess there has been a change in ownership and a move as well. They were still very helpful.
