I am here Mark..living large at the estate on Lake Erie. Jerking some perch for a fish fry. Maybe just might keep a few and take them down to Jack's next month and have a perch fry down there. Smallmouth fishing in my home neck of the woods is great right now also...but you better have the industrial strength bug dope with you!!

So y'all ARE about.
Spinner, sorry to hear your wings are clipped but hopefully for not much longer. QK, remember, it's the "School Section" of the Little Laramie about halfway between Laramie and Centennial. Grn, but then again, VA IS a beautiful state. Brad, I too do well on perch................a mere 12.95 per pound. Scott, are Tricos good to eat?
PS: Enjoy the rest of this day and thanks for responding.

Mark,
Actually, I have aspirated one or two but didn't detect any flavor. I know the trout find them tasty, and that's what counts. :D Enjoy your day, too.

Let me know, if you do not mind, when you will be here visiting Jack. I have a spot on he Elk River I want to take you to if you will be here long enough to fish some.

I'm here Mark. Lazy day around the homestead. No driving on this day in my neck of the sagebrush. I'm halfway between LA and Vegas and Laughlin/Colorado river. Yikes it's a mess out there. I did get out after church yesterday and went to Big Bear Lake with my wife. It was nice to be in the cool pines for the afternoon, prime rib at Thelma's and home by 10. Jim
