WADERS FOR A LADY
I have a friend that is begining to fly fish and she's looking for a pair of chest waders. She complains that all the waders she's looked at are all too long for her and a bit too tight also. Any suggestions? She'll probably will be wanting them in a boot foot and resonably priced also.

At the Sportman's Show in Toronto recently I saw the intorductiosn of Wright and McGill products. They have rods and waders for women (as well as men), and I was quite impressed with their construction and detail. I suggest you give them a look before you decide. The men's are at Cabela's, but I haven't checked for women.

I am a short stout woman and have liked my Orvis - the new ones have attached gravel guards, which are great. I think mine are men's, so go somewhere she can try on all different sizes. They have a great guarantee and if they get a hole in them they are easily mended. Most of the men's waders are too big in the foot and small in the posterior.
