Any TU members from New York Here?

Hi folks, I have a few questions:
1) has TU discontinued its "trout in the classroom" projects?
2) does the Albany, NY area have a TU chapter and if so, is it a part of the mid-atlantic council?
went to the TU website and could not find any mention of the TIC listed under the educational pages. I have info from the Maryland (MAC council) regarding TIC from two-three years ago which states that NY has been a participant in that project along with a few other states. The Md. contact info on that paper apparently is no longer valid as my calls have been unanswered. Thanks in advance for any help/assistance.

I just did a quick search 'Albany Chapter of Trout Unlimited' and came up with the CLEARWATER CHAPTER. It's located in Albany. You might do the same or just search Clearwater Chapter of Trout Unlimited.
