Tying Vice
Hi guys, this is a question for any of you that has seen the Oliver Edwards series of DVD's.
He uses a Waldron Vice with a large wheel for tightening the jaws to the hook, but after a lengthy search of the web I can only find a Waldron with a cam lever opperation.
Can any of you fine folk on here point me in the right direction???
Any help gratefully received

Contact the manufactuer, I am sure the will be happy to help with a list of retailers and their newest line up of vises.

If you Google "Waldron Fly Tying Vice" you will find a review by Hans showing the larger Waldron "Law" vise with the wheel. Then they show a model "Snowbee" Waldren a smaller model with the cam BILL

Garic,
Here is some info on the vise. Please note Oliver has the southpaw version.

I take it, due to the fact you use one, and carry it on your site, that you think it's worth the asking price Hans?

Garic,
Mine dates back to 1989, and was one of the first two Lawrence made. I drew up the specs for my 'perfect' vise, and Lawrence turned wish list into reality.
It has been more than worth it for me.

Caveat: I have no commercial interest in the vise or any other LAW product. I host the pages as a favor to a close personal friend. The pages are not a formal part of my Flytier's Page, nor is there a public link to them on my site.

well it's just the kind of vice I have been looking for (I'm sure I chatted to you about this quite a while ago) so it's time to start saving, bite the bullet and buy one.
Thanks for the help Hans
