On behalf of old fat men across America I thank you. An will share the message, I am about to send out my monthly newsletter which goes to about 500 people they will know this before tomorrow.

Being CPR and First aid certified myself, at the last Certification they informed us as to the new procedure and that a lot of the new classes will be taught in the above manner.
