I have Chota STL's among other shoes and wear a half size in my normal shoe. I chose to go up TWO sizes. No regrets, especially when the water is cold. IF it is possible for you to do so; the old standby advice was to take your waders and the socks you plan to wear while fishing to the store and try some shoes on.
