The Summer Fun for Flyfishers Continues

Livingston Manor, NY The Catskill Fly Fishing Center and Museum continues to provide the fly fishing community with activities and events for all.
August 13- Jubilee Day. Come celebrate the CFFCM's 25th Anniversary and milestone birthdays of CFFCM friends. Agnes Van Put will be 90, Joan Wulff and Doc Fried will be 80; Mary Fried and Mary Dette will be 75, , Ed Van Put 70 and the Frieds will be married for 50 big ones. There are others, and you can be included too. Join the fly fishing community at the CFFCM for a good old time family BBQ. There will be music, games for kids, flea market, crafts, and a Great 50/50 fish race. It will be fun for all. Bring your family, friends, special occasion and best wishes for our favorite celebrants. Be part of this historical and memorable event.
August 20. Mary Dette Fly Tying Roundtable. One of America's most recognized fly tyers continuing in the family and Catskill fly tying tradition will share her skills and stories. Mary will be joined by several of her long time friends for a real Catskill fly tying extravaganza. You will not want to miss this great session.
August 26 The Annual Summerfest and Anglers' Market. Bigger and better this year will be the greatest number of collectible dealers sharing one area. If you can't find it here, you simply won't find it. Anglers' Market 9-3, Special Fly Tying demonstrations provided by the Catskill Fly Tying Guild will be in the Museum from 10-3, and the first live collectible and consignment auction following at 3:30. PM Consignments accepted.
