Heyyyyyyyyy REE,
Of course I LOVE the pics but the caption is OUTSTANDING.
I'm currently getting a new set of grips "machined" out of "Corian". I have many scrap pieces of the stuff in ALL shades and patterns to play with. Having a friend with a cnc machine and time on his hands who enjoys " gargling the grape" as payment, is GREAT.
Thanks for thinking about me when you saw this.

Would be interested in seeing some of the "Corian" grips you come up with. Alas, I could not afford a Colt, so picked up a Remington R1 Talo 1911 in .45 ACP. Looks and feels just like my trusty friend from my Army Days.

She so pretty....
Steve, Is that your 1911? If so, do you actually shoot it? Very pretty, but I'm afraid I'd make it a gun safe queen.
Steve,
Now THAT is a beautiful firearm. Safe queen for sure.

I want in...........these two aren't as pretty as Steve's but I like 'em.
