binder strip - foam
wing - elk hair
post - Congo Hair white
hackle - grizzly dyed brown
legs - rubber medium barred tan
thorax - dubbing tan

substrate prepared (refer to Carnage Stonefly); attach thread at tip

clean, stack some moose body, tie in, tie off, trim

a little Super Glue and start foam wraps; continue up body

trim, poke a hole where you want the hook to go and slide it on debarbed hook

Next trip is probably going to be to a little blue line for Westslopes; they're not real picky. Updated version with the mono core for durability and all synth wing for simplicity.
