Just saw that the mag is no longer being published.
I just got a nov/dec issue last week
That is the last issue per their website.
bummer---living up north, it was my favorite fishing mag---definitely a format change, I suppose not enough people liked it.
They seemed to turn into more of a travel type format when Frazier took over and made the format change, the current issue only has 1 article on fishing in the States. I myself did not like the format change and was not going to renew, it seemed to me that Frazier wanted to change the format for the sake of change. Just my opinion.
I don't see any announcement on the site, they are still selling subscriptions
I saw it when I clicked on the "contact" link.

Gonna miss it ...
It's sad that the publisher cannot keep the magazine going, it seems as though if it is a fly fishing magazine, it won't be a viable magazine unless it is trout orientated. And seeing as how there are no trout here in Florida, and I do not travel up north, I don't buy the other magazines. Same goes for any warmwater fly mags that have tried to make a go of it. Kinda sad...
Yeah, it seems that when people think "fly fishing" the first thing that comes to mind is standing waist deep in a frozen mountain stream tossing bugs at trout. For us guys and gals that live along the Gulf Coast that is not the case. Too bad, I enjoyed the magazine as well.
I work in the Fly Shop at Bass Pro here in Florida, and I am surprised at the number of people that ask if anyone fly fishes down here. Of course we don't have trout, but we have bass, bluegill, shad, and crappie. And then there is the saltwater side too.
