Prayers Please
On July 30 of last year I had to leave work with a pinched nerve in my back. My boss told me that as soon as I get released by my doctor to return to work, that my job would be waiting for me. My doctor finally released me for work but my boss had to recant due to lack of work. So I find myself unemployed and heavily involved in a job search. I often get up at 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning because worry keeps me awake. I,m seriously concerned that if I don't get a job soon, we will loose our home. Unemployment is playing games with me, and I'm not even sure I'll be approved.
So, if you feel inclined, I would appreciate any and all prayers for a new job. I know that prayer conjures up the most powerful force in the universe and I could sure use the help. I'm 63 years old, overweight and I walk with a cane. Not many are going to want to hire me, but God can do anything.
Thanks and God Bless,

Joe having gone a few rounds with WA unemployment I feel for you, just keep appealing until you get what you want. it took us three months and a couple of calls to my state senator to get them to do the right thing. and yes I will keep you in my prayers.

Joe, I have been pretty much unemployed the last 19 months. I did 2 months gig in Nov and Dec of last year and because of that my benefits have been reduced by 75% until my new claim period is used up and then I revert back to my old claim where I'll be back to 100%.
Try not to stress, I know it's not easy. Put your faith in the Lord. You are in my prayers.

y'all have my prayers joe. you know i'm on your side buddy.

Your old boss doesn't sound like someone I would want to work for anyway. I was raised to stand by my word and I have little to no use for someone that doesn't.
Good luck Joe. Something will come along I am sure.

Lotech Joe,
Hope everything works out for you and your family! Best of luck in your job search. I agree with Kerry, although getting along with the boss isn't always an option. I'm sure you would rather have the job, even if it means putting up with working for this jerk!!! It's always better to leave on your own terms. I'm rooting for you!
Best regards, Dave S.
