The felt is finally coming off my wading boots. Other than this delamination, the rest of the boot is fine. From past posts, Barge Cement seems to be the adhesive of choice.

Try Ace Hardware.

Do a Yahoo search for barge cement. Must be 15 places on the first page alone.

I have seen it at Home Depot, Lowe's, Ace Hardware, Walmart, and Tandy Leather. It is available LOTS of places.
Make sure that both surfaces are CLEAN and let the cement dry completely before sticking things back together.
Bear in mind you get ONE shot to position it correctly. Once the cemented parts touch, that's it. You can use a piece of paper (waxed is best) between the two surfaces to get them aligned and slip it out slowly to stick things together.
<Hummm ... cement in your wading boots. Is that like putting rocks in your waders ... for ballast?>
I don't know, maybe you can find it online but I have struck out trying to find it locally the last couple of years. At one time you could get it in any hardware store. Now all they've got is this Shoe Goo stuff.
Shoe Goo is a good alternative to Barge and would probably work just as well. Barge is simply a high yield contact cement. Construction grade contact cement frim Home Depot or Lowe's would work just as well.
I'd think Gorilla Glue would do fine also.
If you use the barge cement just don't get near any barges.............
I had the same issue, took boots to local shoe repair guy, and he cemented them back on for $6. I mentioned barge cement to him and he knew what it was and used it.
