Am I going to have to send you a mess of spiders? That's what you fish when there's no hatch. They fish just in or slightly under the surface film and the strikes are as visual as with a dry.
It really makes me smile to see pictures of you FISHING. Those have been few and far between.

Great article. The Layfisher should stay in Montana. It seemed to have rejuvinated her flyfishing spirit.
