Ellery Arms Co. Cane rods????

A fellow came into the shop today with questions regarding Ellery Arms Co. Bamboo rods. I checked Michael Sinclairs book and can't find them listed. Any help that you guys and gals can supply about this company, vintage and etc. would be appreciated. It seems like Ellery Arms may have be bought by Winchester Arms. So I will pursue that angle. I know that Winchester sold rods with their name on them(private label).
Thanks for any ideas on where to get any info.
