Stalcups Epoxy Back Scud ?

While fishing Rocky Ford Creek in Washington last year I bought a few of these at the Morning Hatch Fly shop in Tacoma. I tried to get some more last week while visiting out there again, but they were out at the shop.
Any one have a receipe, picture for tying or a source so I can get some to model after.

Hi Bill....Flytyer summer 2002 issue has them in it with instructions. A couple of softex versions too. let me know if you need the recipe.....Jason
