Just in case

Hi all, ... I had some exchanges of mail with a fellow angler across the pond.

He was apologizing for an item that was sent and that I never recieved, ... went on to refund the $$ via PayPal.

Problem is, ... wasn't me.

Now, ... we're not sure if the other person is legit or if it was a scam. ... Just a notice.

I don't have a PayPal account (nor e-bay) etc. I will always pay for mail order etc by certified check or money orders.

Also, ... if you ever get an e-mail from me, ... my signature will include:

• my full work adress, [/*:m:296ae]
• 3 phone numbers + [/*:m:296ae]
• fax and [/*:m:296ae]
• the 2 REAL e-mail accounts (office and home).[/*:m:296ae]

We're pretty sure that this was just a misunderstanding, ... and the seller just assumed that it was me (very similar names). ... but one never knows.
