What are your favorite bendback patterns?

Just got a pack of those bendback hooks. What are your favorites bendbacks to tie/fish? I need some ideas!

We used to do "Embellished Lefty's Deceivers", Clouser Minnows, or some other baitfish immi on them. We now, for us, do a much better "weedless" process.

I tie a matuka streamer on a homemade bendback hook. A weighted matuka sculpin that doesn't hang up on the bottom is a particular favorite.

This is the only pattern that I tie that's specifically a bendback and not a modification.
It calls for a 3/0 hook to properly balance
