Stumbled up on this and thought this might be somebody's dream job. Not exactly fly fishing but could be worked in I'm thinking

EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF for Montana, USA (Corporate Dude Ranch) ? US$70-100K

Hospitality Executive is searching for an EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF for Cowboy Country, MT (Corporate Dude Ranch). Exclusive and Huge Corporate Dude Ranch. By invitation only. Restaurant seats 104. Fine American cuisine with other cuisines during events. This position is for Executive Sous Chef but pays like Executive Chef.

Job Specs: Culinary degree or diploma, AAA 4 or 5 diamond experience or equivalent, STRONG pastry background. Must be in the US to apply for this position.

Salary is from US$70-100K plus Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, and 401K.

Actually I'm a bit tired of the construction contracting business. I JUST MIGHT apply. I make a Chili that'd makeem stand up and salute. And my SPAM lettuce and tomato on Polish rye toast is to die for :). Oh, I just noticed, 4 or 5 star experience preferred, never mind, I withdraw my application.

be careful what you wish for. Just because it's in Montana doesn't mean you will be fishing more and cooking less. Trust me I thought a cruise ship would be a great way to see the world. Got to see it through a porthole!
But i'm going to apply anyway for the heck of it. Maybe they just need summer help.
