Haven't seen it but it would be great if somebody could post a photo of it.
A so-so picture of it can be found [url=http://district.houston.bc.ca/html/worldslargestfly-rod.htm:381a6]here[/url:381a6].

Work is a means for people to afford their fishing.

all types of fishermen must pull together for the good of all!!!
Not to start a flameout or anything but BC could swallow up Texas and have Alaska left over . Just Kidding buttermilk ...lol
Texas is still the biggest state , After all when if you melted Alaska it is really just the size of Rhode Island .
Fantastic! Can one imagine trying to cast that thing? Is Paul Bunyun still around? Well that flyrod certainly puts another Canadian spot on the map and I am proud to see that. With our country being so huge, it is nice to be drawn to certain places that stand out. Here in Ontario, we are fortunate to have the largest 5 cent nickle at the Sudbury nickle mines and the largest Canada Goose at Wawa. Both places have also made their mark on the map and are known to be busy tourist spots bringing vistors from all over the world to these special places. Wonderful!

Actually, you could cut Alaska in half and make Texas the third largest state.
Thanks for the Photo FFTex
Here is a link to more details on the topic and a better image:
