Over on the 'wet side' of WA state (which hasn't been wet since early July) the leaves are finally starting to very slowly turn yellow and red. We have yet to have a frost and the woods are very dry, everything is in need of a good rain fall.

The palm trees here on Kauai are about the same as usual. However, this is what an area near West Yellowstone looked like last week:

Trees in the Catoctins were in various stages of color on Tuesday

Get to be a bit of a pain when they're on the water, but they sure are pretty.

I saw a few trees Sunday morning that were starting to turn. Unfortunately, with our really dry Summer, many trees have already lost their leaves. Of those remaining, about half are turning straight to brown, and remainder are still green.
Not to mention hot! Not as bad as last year tho. Our leaves in Wichita are just starting to turn. Hope the frost holds off for a while, with with the recent rain and cooler temps our garden is looking good. Especially the peppers. Big batch of relish to can!
About the same as always.
They are turning quick here in Maine, some places the whole mountain side is full of reds, yellows, and orange colors.
Ours have a coating of white snow. Got more overnight.
You people living in the mountains make me sick!;)
