First attempt at new Caddis pattern

Playing around with a new design for an adult Caddis. Refinements needed.

First attempts are sometimes the best flies. Give it a try, it may surprise you. My first attempt at a Mosquito larva was worse looking than this and I caught a 26 inch, 6.6 pound Rainbow on it. I just wish I still had the fly so I could copy it. My flies are getting too pretty to be this effective.
