Well, he might have to wait a few years to pick up a fly rod, but another fly fisher was born this morning. He's a heavyweight, weighing in at 10 lbs 4 oz!

Mine is growing like a weed. He's already pulling himself up on things. Heck, yesterday he even asked me if he could get a motorcycle as he was sitting on a little 4-wheeled toy at daycare...and he's only 8 months old!

It seems just like it was only yesterday, when my daughters were small. Now they have their own lives as adults, and now my grandson is growing up so fast... where when will it ever end?

Read to him from an early age and often. It makes a huge difference later in their life. I started early and my daughter is still a reader as Junior in college.
