Okay you tea stick experts, what action would you say that rod is? Can a 100' cast be done with a slow action bamboo?
I Thought all bamboo was slow action, just some slower than others.
My Payne and the Edwards is a faster taper though. If we weren't having Idaho 60 mile an hour breeze right now, I would go try it. I know I have got close before (but never thought of trying to cast all the line).
My tea stick was a litter more on the quicker side, but it is in Alaska now.
I need to take Mr. Oysters class, that way I can find out first hand what his Bamboo are all about, besides a beautiful work of art.
