Housatonic TMA's

The Hendricksons are up on the Housatonic and the fish were taking dries and emergers on Friday the 22nd. Since they've just started, spinners won't start in any quanity till the middle -end of the week.Bad news is the rain has pushed the flow up to 1600 cfs and more is on the way.This makes the water too high and fast to wade and muddy.Regardless of what the local shops are saying ,fishing is and will be slow till the water goes down a bit- but it's allways worthwhile going! Remember to bring a wading staff and be prepared for high and murky conditions. See you out there!
