How do leap-year kids celebrate their birthdays and on which day? Aren't they technically 1/4 their age because their actual birth date is every 4 years?

When very young we just picked a convent day. In my 20 somethings and Navy years from Washington's Birthday til Spring was a good party.
Now in my 50 somethings it is back to when ever is convent.

The biggest problem is one must be into older women.

Birthday wishes to those who were born on Feb 29. You can party hearty next year. My Aunt Viola will be 25 or 100 next year.
