Hi Kaboom1,
For my narrow profile Minnow Crease Flies (not wide profile standard Crease Flies), I use light wire Aberdeens in sizes 4 and 6. Since my MCFs are narrow, there is no extra foam space for the open mouth shown on standard Crease Flies. The entire foam body is glued to the hook. The idea is for a narrow minnow type profile rather than a wide baitfish pattern.

It varies. I'll use the Aberdeen hooks like dixieangler. I use light wire straight shanked worm hooks. For my narrow profile ones, I would say the majority are tied on either a TMC 300(6XL)or the new Wapsi Perfect popper hook which is either a 4XL or 6XL. Also, like dixieangler, mine don't have the open mouth.
I use Mustad 9671,9672 or 9674 for #4 thru #8 and aberdeen for #2. I tie both minnow and bait fish patterns.
