Autumn dries? Size 20 or less!
Sjo
Well, at least they'll be easy to mail! I'm in. What exactly do you mean "autumn" dries?
It's just a suggestion. if anyone names another theme that's also fine wth me!
In Europe we begin the season in spring with rather big dry flies, say #12. During summer and late summer the size goes down to #14 and #16, some nymphs on #18. Than in fall we go down further. The season closes for trout on 10-15 and we can only fish for Grayling. In Scandinavia these are caught on big dries but in the rest of Europe we turn to smaller flies #20 or less. Hence autumn dries.

My flies are done, I need an addy. I tied a fly that I have known to work for me iwhen the little sulfurs are out. Sometimes the trout do prefer them all yellow, but this pattern with the orange accent works for me too.

Received Sjo's flies while away for Thanksgiving. Waiting on Gig and Ice. (Ice's are in the mail, again :).)
Waiting on Gigmaster. Spares will go to Sjo who volunteered as "official" swap master. Who is organizing FOTM for 2012?
Let's go for it, FotM 2012!
Sorry for the delay. We're in the middle of moving and I thought they had been mailed. They actually went out on Tuesday, so they should be there any time.
Count me in for 2012. I can try to organize if no one else wants to.
Flies have all arrived. I'll sort them out and get them in the mail this week-end. Get your cheaters out to see these great but, tiny fles. Sign up on the FOTM 2012 thread to participate next year. I'm taking names and Gigmaster will lead the swap and make assignments.
Flies are in the mail. Sjo, I'll have yours on the way as soon as I can get to the post office. Well done, everybody. Very neat, very small flies.
Don't hurry, they wil make it.
Thanks for hosting!
