I am not familiar with this company, might be new? Anyone have any experience with this? Is this for real? I can't find a location anywhere, so I don't even know if the store/company is located in the U.S.

The reels look very nice. The Alpha looks like a knock off of a Cablelas SLA.

I'd "take one for the team" and order a reel...buy maybe one of you guys interested in the hooks should give it a spin first. Being out $7 versus $60 seems a better way to check them out. :lol:
They maintain an e-bay store under the same name and have 100% feedback with quite a few transactions.
Keep in mind these are not Tiemco hooks.
We use cross reference numbers to help you identify our hooks below.

There is enough questionable stuff right there to make me avoid them.
why don't you try emailing them before jumping to any conclusions, although I do see where you're coming from just by reading the website...who knows...time will tell.
i think i would put my money on more known and reliable manufacturers in the fly fishing business.

All businesses had to start some time. I think this is our "E-Bay culture" speaking. Heck even E-Bay itself is a pretty new company in the scheme of things.
Besides I've never bought a THING on E-Bay. I hate Pay Pal.
Nobody wants to get taken by a scam, so I think its natural to be skeptical. I usually am, until I finally get what I order....then I'm happy. :rolleyes:

I don't know a thing about them, but personally, I don't buy anything from a company unless I know their physical address. I couldn't find it anywhere on their web site. If anyone buys anything from them, post a review. I would like to know more about their products.

Get or have a business license, join the service and become a distributor. Ebay is a prime example. You don't have to be big. Just do it out of your garage. You buy fly reels for $40 you sell for $100.
I did a pretty thourogh search and came up blank on them. I had to get pretty specific to find the website without the link given here. However, I think they could have avoided a lot of suspicion with a snail mail address and an "about" page on their website.
They went to an awful lot of work, and appear to be trying to do more, to set that site up. Let's see what Dave came up with and quick picking on these guys so quickly. Not everyone can afford a super spiffy website right out of the box.
Ebay and PayPal operate on ensuring trust. As far as PayPal goes, it is a great way for the little guy to take credit cards without the monthly fees and all of other processing companies and the fees are quite reasonable. I know I am getting paid, don't have to worry about a bad check, and customers find it easy to use. I even have a debit card to use with my Pay Pal account! I did close to $50K in sales on EBay accepting only PayPal over the last couple of years and have absolutely no compaints.

Yesterday after seeing this thread I ordered 700 hooks from the website using paypal.
After thinking about the purchase, I changed my mind about buying 700 hooks from an unknown vendor.
I sent Justin an email simply stating that I had changed my mind and would like an immediate refund.
Within two hours I had a full refund in my paypal account. In addition, he sent a email introducing his company and is sending me samples of his hooks.
I can not vouch for his products, but I can vouch for his customer service, and no questions asked refund.
No financial interest, just impressed with the way he handled my refund request.
